Virginia Gold is the documented US-market DT250A tank finish. Silver mudguards and black mechanical areas provide the main contrast.

The factory chart is specifically a US-market reference. Orange and yellow gallery bikes must not silently replace that 1974 specification.
In the photographs
The orange motorcycle appears in four gallery entries. The remaining image shows a yellow tank and mudguard. Neither is a verified 1974 US-market DT250A colour reference. Yamaha documented Virginia Gold for that model; later US DT250s used orange or yellow. The photographed bikes lack the year and market evidence needed to identify an exact factory shade.

The orange tank, side panel and front mudguard are a creative scheme. For the documented 1974 US appearance use Virginia Gold on the tank with silver mudguards instead.
