Start with something you love.

A familiar tank shape, a sweeping bonnet or an aircraft silhouette can be enough to make you look twice. These books start with that interest. The stories give you something to discover and the drawings give you something to make your own.

One page. Your pace.

You can spend ten minutes on a detail or come back to the same page over a week. There is no need to finish quickly. Put the pencils down when you have had enough and return when you feel like it.

You do not need to draw.

The outline gives you a place to begin. Choosing a palette, deciding where to leave a highlight and watching colour build across a panel are creative choices in their own right.
